The company has renewed the blue seal for the promotion of health at work and its commitment to working as a healthy company.
This morning, Jorge Baños, the assistant managing director of Magnesitas Navarras, collected the blue seal recognition, certifying the work carried out by Magna in the area of promoting health at work. Specifically, the company is recognised for its involvement, commitment and work towards the implementation of a culture of healthy habits within the organisation.
The award is promoted by the Mutua Navarra mutual insurance company with the Confederation of Businessmen of Navarra, General Workers’ Union, Aedipe Navarra (Association for people management and development) and the Government of Navarra.
This occasion marked the tenth edition of this award, in which Magna has renewed its commitment to health at work as a strategic value. In addition to the award-giving ceremony, during the event held in Pamplona a paper was presented by the doctor in medicine, Lourdes Tomás, who reflected on how important it is for companies to promote programmes and measures to benefit their employees’ health.
