Development of a 3D measurement system for refractory material thicknesses

Acronym: LASER

OBJECTIVE

The main objective of the project is the development of a 3D thickness measurement system combining laser and computer vision technology to determine the status of the refractory material of electric ovens, optimizing maintenance operations and improving productivity.

This Project has been granted with a financial aid from the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) and the Regional Government of Navarre that is co-funded at 50%by the European Regional Development Funds through the Operational Programme of Navarre 2014 – 2020.
